While the Employers’ Association focuses on the competitive market game, the Foundation reaches for the foundations of science, culture, and ethics. We are a platform where business asks „Why?”, and not just „How much?”.
The strength of the ERPIN Foundation lies not just in its structures, but in a unique ecosystem of people whose lives and service embody the highest standards of the European ethos. Our work spans from aristocratic heritage and chivalric traditions, through the rigor of military strategy, to the profound depth of humanistic thought.
Ethos and Continuity
On this foundation, we build the expertise of the ERPIN system, drawing from the experience of the guardians of the European ethos:
- Civilizational Foundations: Analyzing the role of traditional values and the aristocratic ethos as a necessary anchor for modern capital. Thanks to the involvement of Michał Kwilecki and Prince Konstanty Radziwiłł, we are restoring the concept of noblesse oblige in business—the responsibility of elites for the stability of institutions and social order.
- Critical Analysis of Ideas: Understanding the evolution of social thought (from conservative to leftist) and its impact on the global economic structure. We study ideas not to follow them blindly, but to understand the mechanisms of change before they become established law.

Strategy and Humanism
We combine strategic rigor with moral depth to create a complete architecture of leadership:
- New Geopolitics: Under the expert supervision of General Marek Tomaszycki (former Operational Commander of the Polish Armed Forces and Rector of AWL), we study integration processes and the shifting balance of power in Europe. We provide business leaders with essential knowledge on security and strategy during times of great geopolitical change.
- Cultural and Ethical Order: Together with Krzysztof Zanussi, we ensure that economic growth goes hand in hand with ethics and aesthetics. We pursue a vision where business meets high culture (e.g., through the „Art in Circulation” projects), building the prestige and human dimension of Polish entrepreneurship.
